Providing Services on Long Island, NY and Virtually
My goal is to empower mothers by building their confidence with a blend of empathy and expertise. With each interaction I ensure Mom feels comfortable in her new role, enouraging the dynamic mother/baby bond, and reminding her she is the expert of her journey.
Breastfeeding support is most effective when it starts in pregnancy and extends through postpartum and beyond. Choosing to breastfeed can create lasting benefits for both mother and baby. I offer positive and judgement free support while prioritizing trust and building rapport.
Sharing evidence-based information enables mothers to make well-informed decisions about breastfeeding to best suit their unique goals. I educate about breastfeeding and more, adapting all guidance and education as needs evolve, while making the journey both informative and enjoyable.
Mom of three and first to admit that not every part of motherhood is as beautiful as social media portrays it to be. I am an IBCLC candidate with a degree in Psychology. I have a true passion for assisting growing families from the start of their perinatal time and beyond. Knowing what a vulnerable period it is, I am sure to remain compassionate and accepting with a nonjudgemental and warm approach thus empowering and educating Mothers facing unforeseen challenges.
I consistently strive for excellence to best serve the lactation community and I value being a part of such a special relationship. It brings me great joy to raise awareness on how unique each breastfeeding bond is, and I acknowledge how individualized each care plan needs to be. My genuine empathy and continuous nursing journey of my own, allows for a relatable experience and open connection with mothers seeking support and strength.
